I am a professional with 8+ years of experience in the service industry. My last assignment was with amazon where I led a team of 150+ people handling , managing the Global process , Hiring , Recruitment (US & India) Process improvement with accomplishing the assigned projects timely using my Lean Six sigma knowledge and skills.

I believe in employee empowerment and making their experience with the company at the best possible via my understanding skills.

However, I am wishful to join Meesho so that I can render my services to the evergrowing company and can grow within the company meeting organizational goals.

I am a global process professional who has worked on various projects in the past with the motive of bringing efficacy within the organization and its processes.

My strengths are my employees and my team, for whom I go out of the way to motivate and make their employee experience at the best via my understanding and available for them when needed ,so that the best productivity to accomplish the tasks can be achieved.

I have been pursuing my Post graduate program in lean Six Sigma , a certified Green belt Professional (going through Black Belt projects currently).

I have completed my Post graduation from NMIMS in Business Management and excelled in my past organizations by making them grow via my skills, loyalty and honesty towards them.
