  • Worked with the BMC (RaaS Organization) to upgrade customers environments with latest installation build and defined best practice approach for upgrade.
  • Working with Equinix to design and develop new modules using Remedy ARS 20.02.
  • Experience in development, installation, upgrade, configuration, customization and integration with Customer Interfaces.
  • Expertise in creating and modifying Remedy server objects: Forms, Menus, Active links, Active link guides, filters, Filter guides, Escalations and Applications.
  • Experience in Zero downtime (ZDT) platform upgrades (8.x to 9.x).
  • Experience in installation of BMC Remedy ARS, BMC Remedy ITSM, Midtier, CMDB, DWP, DWPA, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, Virtual Chat, Openfire Chat and its configuration on Windows System, Linux System and Container. 
  • Experience in configuration of BMC Remedy Email Engine, Midtier, ARDBC/AREA and Web service.
  • Received Appreciation Award for well execution of Upgrade Project’s.
  • Handling critical issues to enhance the customer satisfaction factor.
