I am writing to express my keen interest in the leadership roles vacant in IB schools. With my extensive experience as an IB educator and IBEN Programme Leader, I believe I am well-suited to support and advance the mission and vision of the esteemed institutions.

Currently, I am serving as the Head of Secondary, IBDP & MYP Coordinator at Ela Green School, where I have been actively involved in assisting the school with DP authorization and guiding the first batch of MYP students and faculty for MYP eAssessment. Furthermore, my previous roles as Deputy Head Teacher and IB Diploma Coordinator at Singapore School, Medan, Indonesia, have equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in a leadership position.

As a highly versatile leader and educator, I am accustomed to performing a wide range of responsibilities in high-stress situations. My expertise encompasses teaching and counseling students, leading teachers, and maintaining effective communication with parents. I am confident that my educational background, professional experience, and unwavering drive make me an ideal candidate to join your school as a motivated administrator.

One of my notable achievements includes successfully leading the IB five-year evaluation at SIS Medan, outstanding results with top scores of 45, 44, and 43 in May 2023,2022 and 2021. Additionally, I have actively contributed as a member of the IB five-year review team and CIS accreditation team at Ecole Mondiale World School, Mumbai. I am also an applicant for IB SVTM and WSL (workshop leader) positions, currently wait-listed. I was also the core team member of the IBCP authorization team at GMIS Bali.
 

On a personal note, my spouse, who is a trained Early Years Educator specializing in PYP, and I are a teaching couple accompanied by my 66-year-old mother. After spending the last five years in Indonesia, we have returned to India..My profile is active on Search Associates.
