Working on Cluster level KPI improvement by analyzing KPI trend and actioning on impacted sites Analyze troubleshooting and resolve the worst cell problem to get the best KPIs improvement
Working on continuous improvement on Zonal level DCR, HO,CSSR
Perform root-cause analysis of Radio frequency issues to meet target KPIs
Analyze traffic congestion and solve the problem by doing traffic balance in LTE
Identify the coverage hole and recomment the sector orientation or new site
Review parameter/configuration and consitency check for new site or new carrier launch
Analyzing mute calls on anristu and take actions for resolution
Working on worst ULRSSI sites
Working on LUT (Low utilisation) sites to increase payload on site by doing soft or physical optimization. Working on gride level for KPI and customer experiaimprovement
Working on 0-120-240 project for KPI and user experience improvement
Strong Knowledge in LTE: Network Architecture, OFDMA, SCFDMA, MIMO and LTE call flows
Working on VIP and HNI complaint resolution
Handling TSG team for complaint resolution and reduction
Handling Teams to get the desired work done
Tools: MYCOM, NETACT, Putty, Accedian, Anristu,MapInfo V19
