I’m an Solution Architect/Lead, with more than 15+ years of experience providing solutions for local customers in India, and international customers in UK, US, Australia, France, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, Egypt and Oman. I am a Subject Matter Expert in BMC Remedy and ITSM, and I have an ITIL MALC & MP Expert Certification. Also, have experience in Salesforce, Vlocity & ServiceNow technologies. I am a seasoned PMP Professional and have notable experience analyzing customer requirements, and determining the proper solutions to meet and exceed their expectations, and streamline their IT processes. I am skilled at handling multiple projects, across regions and international waters, and take pride in providing best-in-class service to all of my clients. 

I started my career as a .NET professional, obtaining my Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist credentials prior to moving over to BMC Developer. I have experience a Support Engineer, Administrator, Consultant, Developer and Architect, and have gained extensive knowledge of solutions architecture, data migration, implementation, integration, upgrading and configuring IT Solutions. I have also worked on different ITIL roles such as Major Incident Manager(MIM), Change and Release Manager.

I am keen in learning new technologies to keep myself updated. I have been certified and served as Trainer for cloud based technologies such as Salesforce and Servicenow. Worked as Technical Lead Role for these technologies.

I have a comprehensive project portfolio, many of which span different technology fields. Project and professional experience has exposed me to multiple industries including software engineering, Telecom, Broadband, Banking, Oil and Gas, Fashion, Call Center, Pharmaceutical, Flight Manufacturing, Construction Engineering, Tetra (Security) and other small sectors as well. I am well-versed in project management and designing the architecture for BMC Remedy Tool and its related components at the software and hardware level.
