• KEYS RESPONCIBLITIES FOR EXPORT

1. Shipment Planning.
2. Direct interaction with transport agencies for loading/unloading and making arrangement of container.
3. Arrangements of cheaper transportation and logistics. Coordinating with agencies for freight
4. Regular follow-ups with buyers, agents, customs and CHA.
5. Complete the all Shipment Documentation. (Invoice & Packing List, B/L of landing, GSP, Fumigation etc.
6. Follow the buyer instruction regarding shipment as per Performa’s & L/C terms & conditions.
7. Follow the shipment planning of FCL and LCL.
8. Regular follow with Buyers for payment and new orders.
9. Submit the export Documents to Banks and clear the GR and BRC.
10. Making Performa’s as per Buyer order and Emails Instructions.
11. New sample’s saw to Buyers and collect the order’s and arrangement for sampling
