Serve as trusted adviser for successful roll out/upgrades/operations of SAP product including providing functional expertise, Root cause analysis , guidance and instructions on SAP product support services to multiple customers.

Successful in managing and de-escalating a highly escalate EWM Project. Provided a detailed engagement plan.to fix the 15 plus critical issues and these were endangering the go live.

Successful in gathering the resolution within the scheduled go-live date and won the customer confidence on SAP product. The effort resulted in gathering additional consulting lead of 250K.

Worked with CIO advisory team for customer evaluation to identify top issues and delivered executive summary reports/presentations which resulted in customer to upgrade their legacy systems as per SAPs recommendations , in turn increased 20% system performance and generated additional license revenues.
