A seasoned professional with 30+ years of rich experience in Operational, Maintenance management, Commercial operations and Team management in the offshore / shipping industry. Also worked  with various leading Offshore oil and gas Companies at various capacities ( cargo Supervisor, Marine Supervisor, Marine Supdt and Marine Advisor) on their facilities at various locations worldwide ( Nigeria, Angola, India, Singapore ).  In-depth  knowledge of the working with International shipping  as well as International standards and regulations. Hands-on experience of installing, overhauling and reassembling plant, equipment and utilities. 

Have sailed on all sizes of oil tankers trading worldwide.

I have attained a lot of experience with regards to ship handling during my career, working as a Master on various tankers engaged in operations at worldwide under various charters. 

This included berthing vessels at both CALM and SBM buoys aided with tugs and without both at night, and during daylight ( STS operations) and also on Tandem moorings with other FSO / FPSO’s in tandem operation.

Also actively  involved in several dry-dockings of large vessels for major refit / life extension program and during docking involved in tank inspections, pipe work & hull modifications including inspection of completed work for machine parts and plants.

Capable of delivering training and working with multi-cultural personnel to achieve safe and effective operation; ensure compliance by contractors and crew to all company HSE, PTW, ICSS  and operational policies for offshore oil and gas related operations.

Proven    consistent record of maintaining zero accidents throughout the professional career. An   enterprising leader with abilities in motivating cross cultural teams and in achieving organizational goals with industries best practices.
