Rajeshwari is a Senior Engineer with 10+ years of experience. She demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge and experience in Bridges, Civil structure design and Buildings. She has experience over a wide variety of engineering projects ranging from new design of Composite-steel girder bridge, Rigid frame bridge, PSC girder bridge, Box culverts, Underpass bridge, Pedestrian bridge, Solider pile walls, Temporary platform structure, High mast lighting poles, Signage and Overhead wiring structures to assessment of various historic bridges including Bascule bridge, steel half-through bridge, jack arch bridge, steel composite bridge along with preparation of various load rating reports. She also has experience in preparation of Principal Inspection reports, preparing BOM’s for various bridges and checking bar bending schedules. 

Rajeshwari’s experience also includes reviewing analysis results, design checks and detailed drawings to ensure quality control of the deliverables, mentoring and supervising team of Engineers on daily basis to ensure successful completion of the project within time and budget, and attending project meetings. She is also responsible for preparing detailed work breakdown structure, planning, and allocating work to resources and liaising with CAD team for preparation of detailed structural drawings. Additionally, she has experience leading the project from its initial design phase to its final detailed design phase. She has working experience with Australia, Canada, Eurocodes, Colombia (Spanish and English versions), AASHTO and AREMA standards.
