I have spent around 11 years in Corp HR & IR function at various reputed companies with special focus on their ER, C&B and IR legal aspects at a Departmental and Company’s level.

Post September 2016, has started my stint as a Legal Consultant to support the Zee Media HR till Dec 2017.  From January 2018 onward I started my law practice in Delhi High Court and District Courts with special interest in Corporate Law, Brand Protection, Arbitration and Legal matters pertaining to employment.

• Have decade of experience in TA, C&B practices, ER / HR OPS and IR legal aspects in News Media organizations (FMCG, Electronic Media & Print Media).
• Have created various Company Policies, Employments Contract, Various supporting Documentations and regular dealing with Immigration law and got extensive exposure in HR processes from hiring to exit settlement of various Foreign Nationals in India / Abroad. 
• Have provided Legal & HR support to establish a "Manpower organization" and a "Cyber & Security" organization within the Essel group in terms of statutory requirements. 
• Have handled the complete implementation and roll-out of last Majithia wage-board recommendation in a newspaper group company as per Supreme Court Verdict and Govt of India prevailing.
