Rajni Verma

I am Rajni Verma, an educationist with a passion for fostering academic growth and development. With over 22 years of experience in the field, I hold a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University. Additionally, I completed a Bachelor of Education from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad and am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance from Jamia Milia Islamia.

My primary goal is to utilize my skills and knowledge to carve out an extraordinary career path. I am committed to nurturing my professional education and talents to achieve exceptional results through hard work and dedication, aiming for resounding success in all endeavors.

I have an extensive professional experience in the education sector, spanning over 22 years. I have held key roles in various prestigious schools. Since July 2022, I have been associated with JBM Global School in Noida, where I currently work. Prior to this, from April 2007 to May 2022, I served as part of the faculty at Nehru International Public School in Noida. Earlier in my career, from April 2005 to March 2007, I was associated with Indus Valley Public School in Noida.

Throughout my career, I have been actively involved in academic coordination and have played a crucial role as an examination in-charge. I have been instrumental in facilitating smooth teacher coordination and effective timetable preparation. My contribution to educational institutions includes designing academic calendars and co-curricular activity planners to enhance the overall learning experience for students. My organizational skills shine through my adeptness in organizing and coordinating school functions and excursions.

My commitment to students' success is evident in my responsibilities for conducting and coordinating competitive exams. I have been an important support system for both teachers and students, as I have conducted orientation and counseling sessions for them and their parents. My resourcefulness is showcased by my ability to arrange substitutions for absent teachers, ensuring continuity in learning.

My dedication and expertise have been recognized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), appointing me as an External Examiner for practical examinations, a Sub Examiner for paper correction of Class XII, and an Assistant Head Examiner for class XII board paper correction. Additionally, I have actively participated as a member of the resulting committee for class XII.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to educational excellence, making a significant impact in shaping the academic journey of students and contributing to the growth of the educational institutions I have been associated with.

My most relevant education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Guidance, which I am currently pursuing at Jamia Milia Islamia. This diploma program equips me with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective counseling and guidance to individuals seeking support and assistance. Additionally, in 2010, I completed my Bachelor of Education from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, which further enhanced my understanding of teaching methodologies and educational practices. In 2005, I earned a Master's in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, providing me with a strong foundation in computer science and technology. My educational journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University in 1996, laying the groundwork for my academic pursuits and fostering a well-rounded approach to learning. These diverse educational experiences have shaped my professional expertise and prepared me for a successful career as an educationist and counselor.
