• Meet regularly with key stakeholders facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements.
• Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirement.
• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to
  identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
• Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners.

• Maintain communication among and between stakeholders - interacting with business managers
  to ideate the requirements, work with the technology teams to implement the solutions.

• Work with the technical teams for roadmap, feature, and release management.
• Collaborate and work closely with our external processing partners and vendors in the launch and
  implementation.
• Product functional expert on the team and taking end to end ownership for defining, detailing,
  analyzing, clarifying, documenting, and communicating the functional requirements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate new ideas and identify innovative
  solutions for unique business problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate and present technology solutions
  and articulate their business value.
