Hands on experience in Invoice processing and handled applications like SAP, Oracle R12, Basware, BAAN and Concur(T&E) handling Customers/Vendors Queries in Accounts payable, Travel & Expense Audit. • Proficient in handling Invoice Processing, customers queries and handling Clients Escalations and T&E Audit. • Ability to manage and complete projects to the highest standards meticulously and within specified deadlines the work. • Currently working on ERP SAP Concur, Oracle R12, SAP and Baan applications for Accounts Payable process. • Researched and resolved inventory and overhead accounts payable discrepancy issues often utilizing good working relationships with payment and IP teams. • Resolved past due accounts bringing over 90 days past due from 15% to under 3%. Provided training for monitoring and correcting interface problems for Plant Coordinators and Accountants.
