I am Ralph rover singh as a PTW Coordinator. Looking a new assignment 

• Administration and control of the work permit system.
• Monitoring SIMOPS, Commissioning & PMC Permits thru accordingly issue the permits.
• Display of area wise plot plan in the meeting room notice board with color coded magnetic
• Make sure all the relevant documents are attached to the PTW and issue the permits.
• Keeping track record of permit issuance, archiving the expired permits for future reference.
• Sending everyday reports of high-risk activities to be concerned managements and contractors for safety of people, equipment, and environment in these particular areas
• Hazard Identification & control.
• Conducting Daily Commissioning & PMC Permits PTW coordination meeting with all concerned authorities for better coordination of site work activities
• Providing safety advice & guidance to site supervisors.
• buttons for the purpose of identifying the exact locations where the PTWs were issued.
• Carry out daily audits at site to ensure all the PTW safety requirements are met.
• Coordinating and guiding with contractor PTW coordinators.
•  Fulfilling the site project requirements through the PTW system.
• Conducting PTW audits at site periodically to ensure compliance 
• Responsible for the safety of all personnel and the safe execution of all activities in the permit
