• Managing project activities like requirement elicitation, analyzing the information gathered and documenting functional or business requirements, BRD, FRD, Solution Scope Documents, and Interface Analysis.
• Gathered, identified, and documented business requirements (both, functional and non-functional) for various projects.
• Created clear and concise specifications to accurately reflect the requirements of the products, capturing new features and enhancements to existing features and workflows.
• Documented detailed information that was easy to understand by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Development Team, and Customer Success Team.

• Conducted SME and User Interviews to understand User behavior and User journey and responded to feedback.
• Delivered demonstrations and showcases to customers as required.
• Developed, optimized, and documented business processes.
• Worked closely with developers, architects, other business analysts, and the customer success team to define the direction, approach, and requirements to project manage design and development.
