  • Contributed to agreement and sign-off of user stories/specifications with the SMEs.
  • Responded to queries from Development and QA teams.
  • Liaised with the Product Owner/Manager to ensure requirements were in line with the product strategy.
  • Learned and understood the business contexts, processes, and protocols that our systems supported and delivered for our customers.
  • Communicated and collaborated effectively with different team members across the business and technology areas.
  • Conducted SME and User Interviews to understand User behavior and User journey and responded to feedback.
  • Delivered demonstrations and showcases to customers as required.
  • Developed, optimized, and documented business processes.
  • Worked closely with developers, architects, other business analysts, and the customer success team to define the direction, approach, and requirements to project manage design and development.
  • I have worked under all phases of the SDLC methodology, including Waterfall and Agile.
