The nature of work in this job involved Supervising and Managing of Building construction services, Building lifitng sevices and installation, maintenance &troubleshooting of all Electrical panels, Generators, CCTV Camera System, Security System, Automatic Controller System, Inverter System, Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC System.
Planning of construction & site activities and prepare daily, weekly and monthly work schedules.
Conduct inspection and checking on site works.
Coordinate with client, sub contractors and suppliers for work progress, answering technical queries and government authorities on project related issues.
Assist in planning and development of resources such as man power, machinery, equipments and materials.
Review all land developments and construction sites.
Coordinate all work operations with clients and relevant government officials.
Conduct regular and preventive maintenance checks and prepare all reports.
Excellent working skill of PLC, SCADA, other manufacturing process control systems, troubleshooting field instrumentation.
Developing calibration procedures and performing calibrations of process measurement and control system nodes.
