      Construction & Project Management Phase

• Preparing the project plan.

• Interpret & review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specification.
• Leading technical meeting with contractors/client to clarify the queries about the systems proposed and to coordinate the team members to prepare and submit the technical documents, drawings and system wise design for approval.

Commissioning Phase

• Manage system startups, energization requirement, LOTO Application.
• Witness, Review and approve testing and commissioning works for all MEP systems and building automation systems.
