Presently working as service manager in ford dealership in India as service manage. I have experience in GCC and India. Experienced service manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automobile industry

• Target & Achievement oriented with ability to take challenges and performer in changing work
environments
Effective communication with an ability to interact to interact with people of all levels
• Performance planning project management, leadership team & management ,technical
Trainer, customer oriented process improvement, safety compliances and technical Expertise ( Automobile )
• Ensuring the CSI of each branch & Analyze the root cause of any customer escalation with
Respective branch manager
• Recruitment of manpower in each branch along with GM service
•
Intervene in common dealership issues and coordinate with accounts, HR departments for the result
• Proposing the staff welfare issues to management Escalating operational issues to management
• Monitoring outstand of each branch
