Myself Ramya, i did my schooling in vellamal matriculation school in chennai & completed my graduation BBA/MBA in Alagappa College in chennai.i do have 6+ years of work experience in different fields

I started my career as computer science & Value education teacher for primary & high school students in Don Bosco Matriculation Hr. Sec School, later i got an education counselor opportunity in CSC education as part time job and i am really good in providing assistance and guidance to students/parents in making the right choices in their studies. later i joined non IT company as Admin and based on my work performance got promoted as HR recruiter. later i got married and shifted to Tiruchirappalli, due to covid pandemic i worked as Voice/ AR Associate in Hospital billing department @ AGS Healthcare (Chennai Branch) with excellent grade on last couple of years. due to Work from home project closed and need to continue with work from office situation cant report to daily office in chennai because my current location in trichy.so i quit my job. currently looking full time work from office or Remote jobs in Tiruchirappalli location with good Hike.

• worked as voice process US project for last 2 years in Hospital Billing BSWH project in ADP AGS Healthcare.
• Work with internal recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy.
• End-to-End coordination of interviews from candidate side.
• Follow up the candidates as to their joining dates& joining formalities. Maintaining & Enhancing Database.
• Strong in Sourcing and Screen resumes for potential candidates
• Ability to handle the situations based on the customer needs.
• Client Handling
• Good experience in Scheduling, Follow-ups and tracking interviews, meeting Arrangements.
• Experience with maintaining weekly/monthly trackers
• Daily & Monthly employees update work reporting mail to Chairman.
