 To float RFQ to suppliers for quotation. Verification of quotation according to individual break-up of process costs and
Zero-Based Costing.
 Negotiation with supplier for optimum prices and process.
 Singing off and maintaining the necessary supplier documents like NDA, purchase contracts, registration.
 To visit supplier on regular basis for physical verification of parts.
 To interact with supplier for quality issues and get corrective and preventive action.
 Regular follow up of supplier for timely availability of material within timeline and for good quality process.
 To conduct supplier audit periodically with QA team.
 Cost reduction.
 To select alternate supplier for the backup.
 Monitoring AMC for services and major purchases related to machinery maintenance, admin functions, facility
management etc.

 Having knowledge of ERP (Infor LN 10.4)
