Ranjeet has 7 years and 6 Months of work experience in SAP PP and PPDS in implementation and Support Projects. He has experience of both SAP PP and SAP PP-PI in Refractories, Automotive, FMCG and Pharma industries. He has worked on both SAP APO PPDS and S4 Hana PPDS. • He has extensive knowledge of Planning and scheduling in PPDS and has worked on different planning and scheduling heuristics and has very good knowledge of DS Board functionality. • He has work experience of MRP and MRP live functionality in implementation projects in S/4 Hana. • He has worked on Subcontracting scenario in S4 Hana. • He has worked on Planning strategies like Make to Stock (MTS) and Make to Order (MTO). • He has work experience of both Process and Production Order execution process like order conversion/creation, release, ATP check, confirmation, GR/GI using MIGO, backflushing, Auto GR. • He has also basic knowledge of product costing and integration knowledge of QM, SD, MM and CO with PP. • He has hands on experience of different scrap methods like assembly and components scrap. • He has work experience of Co-Product and Bi product in Process industries. • He has work experience on batch management and batch derivation. • He has very good work experience on LTMC and LSMW.
