1. Making Design concept and Production drawings for BMU (Façade Access System)
2. Making pre-tender document and tender drawing and documents
3. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Finite Element Method (FEM) for the machine part and assembly.
4. Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development.
5. Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes.
6. Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems.
7. Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief.
8. Fine-tuning designs until they are ready for production.
9. Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.
10. Developing quality control criteria and safety guidelines.
