I am a Chartered Accountant with twenty-six years of experience, having worked with both listed and unlisted companies across diverse industries, including manufacturing, retail, liquor, garments, retail, real estate, multiplex, media, and aviation. I joined Air India Express in February 2020 as CFO. Following the merger, effective from October 1, 2024, I have been designated as Vice President – Finance (Finance Controller).

I excel in managing large teams and overseeing multiple financial functions simultaneously. My areas of expertise include finalization of accounts, handling accounts payable and receivable, treasury operations, due diligence, financial analysis, budgeting, treasury management, inventory management, stakeholder management ,fund raising, MIS preparation, internal audit, taxation, mergers (having successfully handled two mergers), transformation projects, process automation, and cost reduction initiatives.

I am looking for a job change from Delhi to Mumbai. I can join within one month.
