- Established a system of code reviews and refactoring that improved code quality and maintainability which ensured that our product delivery increased.
- Ensured that customer pain points are addressed as per agreed upon sla and also ensured that we solve problems with long term solutions rather than band aid fixes. This brought down customer escalated issues by ~70%.
- Played the role of Technical Architect by reviewing code, system designs, setting up infra on which the team worked. Also setup up our internal infra for dogfooding our own product.
