Rasendra Baraiya

i have completed my graduation in Dairy and food technology and post -graduation in dairy technology. I worked as quality assurance officer in a dairy and established chemical and microbiology lab for milk and milk products analysis. i have also knowledge of ISO certification.

i completed 5-month training in Banas dairy, Palanpur in distinct plants like LMP, Powder, Ghee, Icecream, Butter and Fermented products. Also did training in different plant of food industry such as Laxmi snacks pvt ltd, HM oil industry and Tulsi masala. After completing my master degree i worked as a QA officer in Shree sahajanand dairy, palej for 7 month and established laboratory for analysis of milk and milk product and also a part of ISO certification.

my last education was Master of Technology in dairy chemistry. IN that i had done research on" Evaluation of antioxidant potential of roasted date seed powder and incorporated in lassi".
