- Handled a team of 8 technical recruiters and 4 Bench sales recruiters, this team is based in Vijayawada and Hyderabad locations.
- Proficient in the Application Tracking System, ensuring that recruiters fully utilize the ATS (JobDiva) to their maximum capacity.
- Managed end-to-end recruitment processes using leading VMS provide “LEVER” to streamline hiring workflows.
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating and optimizing VMS tool “Lever” for requisition creation, candidate submissions, and compliance tracking.
- Partnered with client executive team to understand client hiring needs, technical abilities and coordinated external vendors to clarify requisition requirements and ensure alignment with job descriptions.
- Built strong relationships with client executive team and provide updates through MSP (Managed Service Providers) teams to enhance requisition visibility and maximize submission success rates.
- Coordinated communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless talent acquisition through VMS.
- Involve in everyday/weekly call with client engagement manager to fetch the active position, gathering and qualifying client requirements.
- Posting requirements in dice, sourcing profiles, screening the consultant.
