Rashmi Kaliyan

I am Rashmi Kalyan, a passionate and multi-disciplinary scholar with a Master's degree in Physics from Lajpat Rai College (CCS University) and a Bachelor's in Physics from Shaheed Rajguru College, University of Delhi. Driven by a deep curiosity for both science and philosophy, I also pursued an M.A. in Buddhist Studies and a Diploma in Pali Language from the University of Delhi, reflecting my diverse academic interests and my commitment to lifelong learning.

My skills extend beyond academics into programming, where I have trained in C, C++, Fortran, LaTeX, and Linux systems—tools I use to explore scientific computing and research. Alongside, I’ve cultivated an artistic side through formal training in classical music, which brings balance and creativity to my profile.

Currently, I am preparing for the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Examination with a specialization in Geophysics, aiming to contribute meaningfully to India's scientific and environmental development. With a unique blend of technical expertise, philosophical insight, and creative expression, I strive to bridge disciplines and make a positive impact through knowledge and service.

I am a Physics educator with hands-on teaching experience at Matrix Institute, where I instruct Class 11th and 12th students, specializing in foundational concepts and exam preparation for competitive boards. My teaching style focuses on conceptual clarity and student engagement.

In addition to my teaching role, I bring a strong academic background in Physics (M.Sc. and B.Sc.) along with expertise in programming (C, C++, Fortran, LaTeX, Linux) and interdisciplinary knowledge through an M.A. in Buddhist Studies and a Diploma in Pali. This diverse foundation supports both my scientific and philosophical approach to education and research.
