DESCRIPTION:
• 24/7 Water supply Scheme:
o Performed QA/QC of Topographic survey and Consumer survey deliverables as per technical specifications in a contract
o Prepared digital base map by superimposing all the thematic layers including roads, drains, Canals, railway lines, bridges, water bodies, building/plot boundaries and topographic levels with satellite imagery.
o Created existing asset information system comprising of all the existing structures (WTP, Pumphouses, Storage reservoirs, borewells) with condition details, complex pipeline routing of Raw water & Clear water transmission main & distribution network with valve details.
o Converted hydraulic model of proposed pipe network into Geodatabase including pipe, node, valve, flowmeter and source.
o Communicated with engineering, construction and operation personnel to mapping and updating the as-built pipe network data including valves, tee junction, bend, reducer and endcap details.
o Created House Service Connection (HSC) database by integrating consumer survey data and prepared Global Address Book (GAB) for billing software.
o Built well-structured Integrated Information Management System comprising of all infrastructure assets from source to Customer connection point.
o Provided GIS Support for Site execution team in the form of Customized map layouts (for Approval, location suitability, field survey, etc.) and statistical report generation.
• Lift irrigation scheme:
o QA/QC vetting of the Aerial Lidar Survey deliverables such as Contour, DEM,
Land use map, Ortho photos and Lidar point cloud data
o Simplified contour lines by Reduction of Vertices to compatible with civil 3D software
o Prepared Cadastral information system of Land parcel data with all the attributes by linking ROR details from CAD and Excel File
SKILLS
o Created structured geodatabase compatible to ArcGIS Enterprise, comprising of pipeline network, junctions, outlets, chuck boundary and village boundary and ROR data for progress monitoring of construction/execution phase.
• Industrial water supply scheme
o Transferred all the facilities such as WTP, pumping stations, ESRs including pipelines into structured geodatabase and created a base map for O&M purpose and O&M inventory
• Need based solutions for water supply projects:
o Generated stream network and delineated watershed/catchment area for the pump house locations to finalize the drain along the pumphouse and determine the drain discharge.
o Generated stream network and delineated watershed/catchment area along the proposed road network to decide the location of culvert and estimate the discharge at those location.
o Created an influence area map for rain gauge stations using theissen polygon method
o Assisted with demarcation of different water level such as High flood level, Top Crest level, Low water level, etc., above the ground surface for river.
o Collaborated on a team to create a web mapping application and dashboard for progress monitoring purpose using ArcGIS Online.
• Created Custom tool using arcpy/arcgis model builder to automate the manual process and reduce time/human intervention.

▪ To create a zone-wise base map by adding all data layers into arcmap document and applying predefined unique symbology to each layer

• resist seismic wave up to 0.16 magnitude at zone-3
• Structure can be safe provided with increased in Column size as per design.
• Building can be provided with larger size of footing than in non-seismic zone to avoid minor deformation of structure.
