Enthusiastic entry-level Scrum Master. Has worked in an Agile environment for Over +9.4 Years of IT experience, as an experienced Scrum Master with over +3.3 years of experience, I am responsible for managing software/Product development projects using the Agile Scrum approach. My main duties include coaching the team on Agile methodology and Scrum values and processes, facilitating the Program Increment and sprint planning processes, and removing any impediments preventing the team from meeting their goals. Proven history of successful work with cross-functional teams.

I hold certifications in PSM (Professional Scrum Master I). I am proficient in using JIRA, MS Teams, and Jira Align, MS Office tools.

I am a skilled facilitator who can actively listen, remain neutral, ensure all voices are heard, and ask open-ended questions. I possess strong servant leadership, organizational, communication (written and verbal), time management, project planning, people and team building skills. I can coach the team on how to follow Agile Scrum, facilitate work without assigning, or dictating work, and facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Role and Responsibilities:       

1. PSM (Professional Scrum Master I) certified.
2. Led 3  Product team transition to Agile development in 2 months. With high moral standards, honesty, and ethical approach.
3. SM for 3 geographically distributed teams and managed planning, backlog grooming, and TDD and BDD implementation. 
4. Responsible for mentoring and coaching the team on Agile methodology and Scrum values and processes.
5. Applying Scrum estimation techniques to development efforts and using metrics to visualize team performance.
6. Monitoring and reporting on key Agile performance metrics to the leadership team.
7. Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve problems and remove impediments or barriers, escalating to the RTE (Release Train Engineer) as needed. Identifying are within the business unit where process improvements may benefit projects and the timeliness of outputs.
8. Participating in cross-organizational dependencies for/from other Scrum teams.
9. Managing short-term and long-term roadmap planning, ensuring the delivery of IT solutions and technical support services.
10. Managing technology and consulting vendor/partner relationships, service delivery, and overall performance.
11. Supervising IT staff and implementing IT policies and procedures. Communicate progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders. Identify and remove any obstacles that may impede the team’s progress. Facilitate team problem-solving sessions to overcome obstacles. Coach the team. Coach the team on agile principles and scrum practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
