Bim Modelling Bim coordination ,Bim Management & Naviswork Job
Responsibilities:
 Managing the BIM & CAD team and carry out work with quality as per schedule.
 Preparing program of work for projects and directing the executing team to finish the
 project on time & shooting the problems and giving strength to the execution team.
 Working knowledge in BIM Software’s like Revit MEP, Navisworks, &SP3D ,AutoCAD
,SPR , CAD Pipe.
 Reviewing consultant’s design drawings and specification.
 Propose value engineering.
 Highlight the discrepancies in the contract drawings / specification and raise RFIs
accordingly.
 Create 3D model of MEP services based on contract drawings, Specifications and
technical submittals (REVIT, Autodesk Fabrication CAD MEP, AutoCAD MEP etc.).
 Coordinate all MEP services in Auto Desk Navisworks Platform.
 Interaction with other department during the time of coordination and Involving site issues.
 Supervising to preparation of shop drawings & involving drawings issues. (Including Sub
 contractors).
 Preparation of 3D MEP Co-ordination Layouts.
