• Description: - Maintain the database for all the sites of reliance, prepared the KPI report and availability of sites, take the RCA from Concerned JC engineer and fetch the review and Audit data for Kolkata Circle & Outage SLA Calculation for Circle Score card Kolkata.
• Working at Tata Communications Transformation Services (Odisha Tata Fiber team) as HSW Officer at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
• Description: - Keep track on All the resources for their safety during the operational Activity, Permit for activity validation, new resources induction and ID Creation and database maintain, Conduct Audit for all Ground level resources and initiate action against the ASR Violations, Vehicle and resources compliance and Non- compliance track and Preparing Review report and present on CTO & Internal review meeting for Odisha Circle, Vendor coordination and Partially billing validation in terms of Safety Violations and impose penalties to the respective Stack holder,
