Ravi Shankar

I am a working professional in the field of Media and Communication with specialisation in content development, Digital Marketing, Translation and Transcription. I have more than 16 years experience in these areas including prior experience in teaching, training and placement. 

With postgraduation and M.Phil in Mass Communication coupled with over 16 years of diverse experience, I have worked upon my skills in various domains including corporate communication, public relations apart from content writing, documentation and translation. My career trajectory includes working on significant roles such as Manager Communication (Manager Non-Farm I/c) for a World Bank-funded project (BRLPS, Patna) including faculty positions in Journalism/Communication at state universities, private colleges, and affiliated institutions in Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand. 

Working on these positions in different organisation I have accomplished a number of tasks as case study documentation, article writing, book writing as subject matter expert, translation and transcription. The activities have been for media interviews, closed-door discussions, symposium, workshop etc. I have also leveraged my experience in sub-titling for important video projects and helped in development of different versions of the organisational movies and visual media.

I am a honours graduate in Economics with Masters and M.Phil in Mass Communication. I have done Diploma in Software Technology.
