I am an E-Learning Specialist who uses Storytelling and modern Technology to create engaging E-Learning modules that enable learners to retain the knowledge inducing them to immediate change in their behaviour and positively impacting business outcomes. 

I am an expert Communicator and have written numerous articles especially on healthcare and digital transformation of healthcare. 

I use Digital Storytelling to create insightful videos and presentations that can be used for Training, Marketing and Sales. 

I use Data Storytelling to create data Insights that enable organisations to take effective and informed business decisions.

I have over 30 years experience  in Information technology in general in which 15 years have been mainly in E-Learning which includes Instructional Design and LMS. 

I am an entrepreneur at heart and successfully managed an E-Learning company for 9 years and therefore I understand business, people, revenue and cost management. 

I bring to the table not just technology and domain experience but also skills in speaking, motivating and selling. I am capable of lifting team members to  do their best and go to their deepest potential in themselves. 

I strongly believe and adhere to the principles of Integrity, Transparency,Courage and Teamwork. 

I speak 5 languages - English, Hindi, Bengali, Telugu and German . 

From 1992 when I started my career, i have been in Information Technology starting from Computer Hardware to moving gradually to Software.

From 1999-2002 I was the Executive Director of a Software Export company called Array Solutions India Limited working in the UK, Germany, Kenya, South Africa, Australia and India. The company was sold in 2002 to Accel ICIM of Chennai.

From 2002 - 2007 I developed an ERP solution called Tannersedge for Tanneries and sold the solution and business to Imperial Leather group of Kanpur in 2007.

Was also CTO of Sb3Inc Private Limited, a US software company that opened its development centre in Kolkata,  from April 2006 to March 2008 

From April  2008 - December 2012 I was Vice President E-Learning of India's largest E-Governance company with over 30,000 e-kiosks all over India,  SREI SAHAJ E-VILLAGE LIMITED, of which from 2009-2011 I held additional charge of Information Technology as well. During my time Internal Training of over 3000 staff was fully digital and from 2012 also became online. We also developed over 30 E-Learning products and more than 85,000 youth were trained in various employment generating skills like Tally, MS- Office, Graphic Designing and Software Programming.

From December 2012 to May 2021 was again an entrepreneur and successfully managed ABCD E-LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED that developed bespoke E-Learning modules and Training programs for Corporates. Our clients were from India, Germany, USA and Holland. The business suffered heavy losses during the Pandemic and we had to close operations.

From July 2021 to May 2022 was Head Communications of Glocal Healthcare Systems Private Limited unit of UpHealth Inc USA.  During my time there, I successfully conducted many Social Media Marketing Activities, the internal  and external communications,  Healthcare based Presentations and Articles on blogs and other Digital media, Marketing material and documentation among others.

From May 2022 to August 2022 designed a portal for Indian Classical Music to be released soon by one of India's greatest living exponents of Indian Classical Music. 

From August 2022 to now have been developing my skills on Data Storytelling by learning under one of the most successful authors in Data Storytelling today - Mr. Brent Dykes.
