Procurement Specialist Lead   - OEM (ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING COMPANY) 

• Working as AA Buyer a Signing Contracts, Letter of Authorization and Customer release form, representative of the supply chain management organization towards all relevant functions of the Flex organization (Engineering, Quality, Program management, Sales and Finance)
• Handling Team of NPI buyers Training new buyers.
• Plan, procure, and expedite materials (raw and finished goods) and supplies . 
• PR to PO conversion as per agreed SLA with business, Timely issue of PO to all vendors and seek delivery confirmation dates.
• Unconfirmed orders and past due orders follow up. Responsible for arranging Inland Transportation (FCL, FTL and Domestic trucking Sea shipment.
• Managing complex procurement projects within operations in India, Hungary, Mukachevo sites and operational execution.
• Accountability for problem solving, analytical work, and driving insights from analytical work related to procurement functions
• Setting up New Vendor creation, spot buy ensuring complete due diligence, communication with internal stake holders.

• Track, monitor and drive respective actions to ensure material cost targets will be achieve during new product introduction phases.

• Develop and continuously improve supply base. Obtain feedback from Materials Planners on suppliers’ delivery, quality, and

service performance.

• Make sourcing decisions based on overall cost and benefit including price, duty, freight, flexibility, service, performance,

quality, and terms & conditions.

• Negotiate terms and conditions that protect the best interest of Jabil and its customers. Negotiate liability terms, special stocking

arrangements, and other agreements that are outside of standard Jabil terms and conditions.

• Effective negotiation on MOQ an SPQ, price, short lead time pull in orders based on requirement for production 
• Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status of material 
• Ensure the supplier follows the international routing guide and ensure overseas supplier make the shipment   
• Buy due diligence to source the parts spot buy from brokers & distributors when there is no support from existing supplier 
• Develop supplier scorecards. Conduct quarterly business reviews with all critical vendors. Review vendor technology roadmap, financial assessment     
• Manage key suppliers to strengthen relationship ensuring continuity of supply & reducing business risks  
• Inventory Management negotiated with supplier for push out and cancellation of orders based on demand and supply.
