I am Reefa Rabeed, an Indian national hailing from the beautiful state of Kerala and currently residing in Qatar. My career journey has been dynamic, encompassing both the corporate world and the realm of healthcare.

I hold an MBA in HR and Marketing, a testament to my abilities in administration and effective communication. With a professional background as an HR Assistant in Qatar from 2018 to 2021, I have honed skills in personnel management, record-keeping, and facilitating smooth communication between employees and management.

However, my true passion lies in the healthcare sector. I am currently on an exciting path, pursuing a Diploma in Clinical Coding from Ehealth Education Australia. I am proud to mention that I have already successfully completed Part 1 of the ICD 10 AM 11th Edition program. This educational journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of clinical coding, medical terminologies, and the precision required in this field.

My background in HR has strengthened my written and verbal communication skills, a critical asset for a medical coder. In addition, my experience as an HR Assistant has instilled in me a disciplined approach to documentation and a keen eye for detail, which are invaluable attributes in clinical coding.
