  • Sending EOD (End of the day) reports to all countryFO (Front office)and Doing audits within the team onmonthly basis.
  • Preparing SLA ‘s (Service level agreement) and DOI (Document of instrumentation). Completethe KCSA (Key check self-assessment) on first week of every month.
