Experience

From July 2022 to May 2024, at Genpact in Gurugram, India, I served as a Product Owner, leading PMO activities for the Enterprise 360 Program. I developed strategic use cases to prototype feature integrations and regularly reported project progress, impediments, and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders. My role included conducting market research, assessing vendors, mentoring team members, and performing post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement. Previously, at American Express in Gurugram from August 2013 to July 2022, I held several roles. As a Portfolio Manager from March 2021 to July 2022, I provided product and project management solutions for global clients, led global PMO efforts, conducted performance reporting and data analysis, managed project finances, and facilitated business development within existing client portfolios. I worked with clients such as Cargill, Capgemini, and ADP on implementations. From July 2018 to February 2021, as a Sales Coach, I developed digital transformation product prototypes using the double-diamond design thinking approach, analyzed global markets and customer needs, created strategic roadmaps, and identified new revenue streams while collaborating with geographically diverse stakeholders. As a Senior Associate from August 2013 to June 2018, I managed offshore US large market and SME sector corporate clients, designed and implemented knowledge-based activities, and served as a Subject Matter Expert supporting escalations and operations teams. At IBM in Gurugram from October 2010 to April 2013, as Lead Operations, I managed offshore B2B clients for Intuit financial software, collaborated with Marketing and Training teams to develop training content, trained a team to achieve the highest sales scores, and supported test strategy and business analysis for various Intuit digital applications. My diverse experience has honed my skills in product management, strategic planning, client relations, market analysis, and team leadership.
