Experience

I did my internship at Hyatt Centric, Chandigarh between Feb 2024 to Jul 2024.  I helped enhance their South Indian kitchen, elevated taste profiles maintaining high quality standards, managed Buffet operations, executed the required mise en place.

I also worked at GRT Grand, Chennai for a month as a Summer intern.
