• Arranging kick off meeting with Engineering & design team to introduce new products to the
clients/consultants while getting for the drawing approval.
• Planning the ordering process by considering the delivery time, site work priority as well as the
management cash flow.
• Involving in getting payments against supply.
• Taking care of vendor payment to maintain the good vendor relationship.
• Purchasing materials across India as well as from other countries.
• Monitoring delivery period, follow up with vendors for timely supply of Materials and services in
line with the agreed delivery schedules of Purchase.
• Involved in client meeting when there is a need of Purchase order amendments due to the site
conditions.
