I worked as a Customer Support Executive (voice support) at Woodrock Infotech Private Limited then promoted into Chat Support Executive (Non-voice support) at the same company.
I have a very good experience in Customer support field.
Education
I've passed the Secondary examination from Siksha Niketan High School (WBBSE) and passed the Higher Secondary examination from Birati High School. I started studying Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Guru Nanak Institute of Technology but couldn't continue it due to financial problems.
