Ø Reading the log book of reception, cashier & bell desk before commencing the briefing.
Ø Responsible for Front Office operations in the absence of the supervisors.
Ø Act as a liaison between the guest and the other departments of the Hotel.
Ø Working in co-ordination with the other sub-departments, namely Reservations, Telephones,
Reception, Bell Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge and Health Club.
Ø Training the new recruits in the Department which includes both on the job as well as classroom
sessions with the help of supervisor.
Ø Appraising the new inducts in the department along with the supervisor and providing them insights
with regards to their strength and shortcomings.
Ø Monitoring the Inter Sales calls made by departmental
