I have 18 years experiences (2001 – 2020) in Material Control / Supply Chain Logistics at Qatar Steel Company been formed in 1974 as the first integrated steel plant in the Arabian Gulf. 

Weighbridge Scale Operator: In the role of Truck Scale Operator responsible for greeting all incoming truck drivers at the Truck scale house and weighing the material and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. To ensure each and every truck entering the truck scale is properly parked at platform and weighed and charged for the material the delivered, different types of material weight in scale house and it is depend on activity incoming, outgoing, internal transfer, by product. Responsible for all functional activities related to operating in a scale house. Carry out daily routine job inspection the internal and surrounding of scale house, platform, radiation camera, maintain housekeeping and monitor speed limit while entering the truck at scale house.

Shift In charge: Coordinate and ensure raw material, additives, scraps are received, stored and supplied to operation to facilitate uninterrupted operational process. Organizing and coordinating the job performed to increase the work efficiency of the personal, supervise the equipment and the resources flow to support the achievement of the production plan. As well as motivating team members, assigning tasks, giving direction, providing knowledge and advice, and making sure workers comply with standards. And overseeing the overall operation, scheduling staff & subcontractors, documentations, training & conduct tool box talk as well as maintain company HSE requirements and participate in activities.
