• Managing daily activities of the Warehouse (Including Auto replenishments), Logistics (Documentation, Clearence and Containers Planning) and Store Delivery Teams including Quality Assurance, Time Management, Inventory Control, Space Utilization, Floor Productivity, Shipping, Customer Service and KPI.
• Scheduling and overseeing warehouse and operations team to meet the demands of the fulfilment centre, and managing the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimizing the overtime.
• Well knowledge in Quality, Safety, Security and Lean Management.
• Well experience in facility and equipment management.
