I'm a BBA graduate with seven years of experience in customer handling. I have worked in Indian aviation for six years and made myself capable to provide excellent customer service which satisfies all the customers around the world. I am also well versed in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS word. Currently i am working as a relationship manager for an Educational tech company and provides on call and virtual assistance for the students. 

Six years of experience in Indian Aviation as a Customer service assistant for SpiceJet Airlines (1 and half years) and for AirAsia India Airlines (4 years).

Currently working with Skill Lync as Customer experience associate. 

Bachelor of Business Administration in Aviation Management.
