Around 12.0+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Oracle Applications 11i, R12 and ERP cloud application as Functional Consultant Responsible for understanding, analyzing, Designing, Developing and troubleshooting for Implementation and support.

• Handling ERP application, Oracle HR Modules (Core HRMS, SSHR, PMS, Payroll, OTL, OLM, OAB, CWB) Taleo Suite.
• Partnering with business functions to define, determine, analyse, document and communicate the objectives, business requirements and priorities for information systems and solutions; works with application and technical experts on the solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the information systems. 
• Elicits, analyses, and documents non-functional business requirements
• Conducts requirements management activities, as necessary, ensuring that the impact of changes are well understood and approved by the appropriate stakeholders.
• Assists with or conducts solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs
• Assists with or reviews test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements
• Assists with problem analysis as needed. Escalates issues for additional analysis and resolution as appropriate.
• Develops positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes
• Handling all the Internal and External provider reports throughout Americas, Australasia, East Asia and EMEA.
• Handles a team of 6 employees.
• Testing of the functionalities during the DEV, UAT and all phases throughout.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams and align them with respect to your focus area
• Analysing incidents incoming in the system and identify improvement areas for long term reduction and efficient operations
• Identifying Root cause analysis post major incidents and drive the long-term preventive measures
• Ensure project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
