Rohit Gupta

Business leader with extensive cross-functional experience across product management strategy & development, consulting, program management and general management. Passionate about building exciting and value-driven products, building & coaching teams, and developing future leaders. 

I currently work with Cimpress, where I am the Product Lead for a 0 to 1 product in mass customization manufacturing space. I am responsible for the overall vision, strategy and economics of the product. I've been with Cimpress since late-2018, and have helped shipped multiple cost-optimization products that have helped Cimpress businesses save more than 10 million dollars to date. In the process, I grew a team of 7 engineers to a team of 40 comprising of product managers, full stack engineers and UX designers. 

Prior to Cimpress, I have extensive experience across Consulting, Program/Project management, General management and HR Operations, with multiple global companies.

I am a post graduate in Business Management (Human Resources) from International School of Business & Media, Pune. Organizational Behavior and Change was one of my favorite subjects, and my MBA dissertation was on the use of Balanced Scorecard in driving organization effectiveness.
