Proven experience in customer service and content moderation at Amazon, Indigo Airlines, and TaskUS, where I developed a keen attention to detail, strong critical thinking abilities, and a solutions-oriented approach to analytical problem-solving.

Also having experience working with real-world corporate datasets through TaskUs Data Science Preparatory Academy (DSPA), performing data analysis through Excel and Power BI, made PowerPoint presentation and developed dashboards to track performance metrics, uncover actionable insights, and effectively present findings through data storytelling to Senior Operations Manager (SOM).

During my course of AlmaBetter, I have mastered my skills in Data Analytics using Python, SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep and Advance Excel/ Google Sheets through hands-on projects and case studies.
I love continuous learning and upskilling myself, having curiosity within data field and would be willing to learn new technologies as well. 

Being a confident communicator and data lover, I love to share stories with the help of data and turn thoughts into action. I am also a critical thinker and problem solver, which allows me to identify and solve complex problems.

I hold a bachelor's in business administration from Softvision College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service from the Frankfinn Institute. Also like to upgrade my skills and knowledge through online courses and certification.
