Senior Associate II, Account Technical Services Provisioning and De-provisioning of volumes on IBM SVC, FS900, FS9200, FS7300, V5000 and on HPE 3PAR 8200. Implementation of storage policies like LUN masking / mapping on storage boxes for front-end and back-end storage boxes. Perform zoning and un-zoning on Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches via Brocade BNA and SANnav and via CLI. LUN migration between storage pools through GUI or command line interface. Mdisk group / storage pool creation and add mdisks to it. Cleaning up LUNs accessible to multiple IO Groups. Modify IO group of a volume which is mapped to an ESX Cluster. Adding paths to hosts zoned to only half the ports in an IO Group. Have done FS900 end of life battery replacement. Worked on FS9200 DIMM replacement. Faulty node and drive replacement on HPE 3Par 8200 boxes with the help of vendor. Compactcpg on HPE 3Par boxes to reclaim unused space. Brocade Director and Blade switches firmware upgrade. FS9200 and F900 code upgrade and Drive firmware upgrade. Perform patching on IBM A9000R boxes.
