I am Rohit Rajaseker, and I take immense pride in my professional journey, which has been marked by continuous growth and achievement. I began my career at Northern Trust Operating Services Ltd. in August 2016 as an Analyst in the Income Operations & Reconciliation team, where I soon advanced to the position of Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, I oversaw critical reconciliation tasks, including dividends, interest, and collateral activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. I also played a pivotal role in bridging process gaps between different teams, handling Corporate Actions, and making sure clients received their due payments. Collaboration and process improvement were central to my responsibilities, and I even had the privilege of training and supporting my peers.

In November 2021, I transitioned to the Hedge Funds Clearing and Settlement team as a Technical Coordinator. Here, I've been responsible for trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, and developing Macros to enhance efficiency. My journey has been characterized by adhering to best practices, analyzing root causes, and working closely with colleagues to provide top-notch client service. I've received recognition for my contributions, including successfully migrating processes and deploying macros to improve operations.

Apart from my professional accomplishments, I consider myself a leader, an adaptable team player, and an excellent communicator. I set clear goals, adapt proactively to challenges, and consistently meet targets. My strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities have enabled me to prioritize critical tasks and deliver within established deadlines. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and expertise in Microsoft Office, TLM, BBG, DTCC, and VBA macro development, I am well-prepared for complex financial roles.

I have a strong professional background in financial analysis and reconciliation, spanning over seven years. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management with a focus on Fintech at Jain University, set to be completed in November 2023.
