• Initiate opportunities for collaboration, contribution, and joint action with govt. and other health partners to improve the training quality and program deliverables in family panning indicator IUCD/PPICD and other Family Planning Methods
• Establish a collegial and collaborative working environment within the Training team members
• Conduct monitoring visits and provide inputs to assure maintenance of quality standards. Monitor data quality and conformity to Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement systems and processes
• Lessoning with Divisional/District level Health Officials for MTOT of Govt. Trainer
• Organize the  MTOT at Divisional Level
• Identify the Govt trainer from each districts ( 2 doctors & 2 Nurse) with the help of CMOs
• Coordinate with District level Health officials for training latter, logistics, trainer, training venue & other arrangements
• Organize the district level training at District/Sub District level
• Lessoning with District/Block level  Health Officials (DH/CHC/PHC/SC)to increase the no. of IUCD insertion in the state
• Identify the non performing HSPs and convert as performing HSPs after full fill the gaps
• Plan & organize the fix day service at facility specially for IUCD insertion in coordination with CMO
• Arrange  the Family planning product of our intervention area from which reduced the unmet need situation
• Organizing the Family Planning Camp specially IUCD / PPIUCD  insertion during IUCD/ PPIUCD training and also organizing the Family Planning Camp at trained facility by the IUCD /PPIUCD   trained HSPs with the help of Govt. Health Department

• Coordination for arrangement of trainings and conducting pre training activities. Conduct trainings for health care providers (ANM Staff Nurse) from CHC/ PHC and SC at District Hospital or CHC. Preparing material and leading the sessions on counseling and IPC. Primarily responsible for effective documentation and reporting of the training activities. Work as an effective team member
• Responsible for three - four districts of the state as specified by HQ. Coordinate with DH, CHC, PHC level health official for effective planning and implementation of the trainings
• Coordinate and organize logistics for trainings at district and sub-district level for service providers
• Manage communication activities and facilitate visibility of IUCD through use of communication material at various key locations like PHC, SC etc
• Attend monthly meeting of ASHAs at PHC level to discuss and strengthen use of IUCD as family planning measure
• Encourage post IUCD insertion follow-ups through ASHAs for improved retention of IUCD
• Verify records provided by ASHAs and provide incentive to them as described in the project
• Conduct 5% follow-up visits for total insertions by trained participants. Assist state program coordinator in planning, execution and monitoring related   to the project
• Collect and review all the financial documents, verify and submit to the point person
• Organizing the Family Planning Camp specially IUCD insertion during IUCD training and also organizing the Family Planning Camp at trained facility by the IUCD trained HSPs with the help of Govt. Health Department
• Participate the trained HSPs   meeting, ASHA Meeting &    organize the Community Meeting to generate the Family Planning awareness and acceptance in the community
• To provide the support of FPPPEA program implemented by HLFPPT to accredited the Private Hospital with Hausala  Sajheedari  Program and also provide the support to Family planning Fix day service at accredited Hospital for motivate and mobilize the client for Family Planning Services specially NSV, FST, IUCD insertion and basket choice of Family Planning service
